Service Description
This complimentary 15-minute discovery call is designed to determine whether psychological advisement with Dr. Julie K is an appropriate fit for your situation. It is not therapy, coaching, or crisis support. The purpose of this call is orientation: understanding the nature of your inquiry, the level of complexity involved, and whether a private advisory engagement is indicated. No treatment, diagnosis, or ongoing services are initiated during this conversation. Dr. Julie K works with a limited number of individuals and organizations, and engagements are selective by design. This call allows for mutual clarity before proceeding. Human Design may be referenced only if relevant and at the client’s request.
Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Notice for Cancellations or Rescheduling: We kindly request that clients provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who may be waiting for availability. Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session fee. We understand that unexpected situations arise. If there is a medical or family emergency, we may waive the cancellation fee with proper documentation. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full session fee. We may offer a one-time waiver for a no-show at our discretion, depending on the circumstances. First-Time Clients: We offer a grace period for first-time clients to familiarize themselves with our cancellation policy. Please note that this exception is for your first appointment only.
