Service Description
This private psychological advisory session is designed for high-functioning individuals navigating complex personal, professional, or relational dynamics where clarity, discretion, and sound judgment are essential. Sessions focus on psychological insight, emotional intelligence, and decision-making under pressure. This is not therapy, coaching, or wellness work. No standardized methodologies or performance programs are used. Each session is shaped by the specific context and stakes involved. Dr. Julie K brings doctoral-level psychological expertise and over twenty years of advisory experience working discreetly with executives, creatives, investors, and other outliers operating outside conventional systems. Human Design may be integrated as an optional analytical lens when explicitly requested by the client and when it adds precision to the psychological inquiry.
Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Notice for Cancellations or Rescheduling: We kindly request that clients provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who may be waiting for availability. Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session fee. We understand that unexpected situations arise. If there is a medical or family emergency, we may waive the cancellation fee with proper documentation. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full session fee. We may offer a one-time waiver for a no-show at our discretion, depending on the circumstances. First-Time Clients: We offer a grace period for first-time clients to familiarize themselves with our cancellation policy. Please note that this exception is for your first appointment only.
