This service is designed for those who may face financial barriers but still want to move forward in their personal or professional journey. How It Works: Apply for eligibility: To ensure that you qualify for the sliding scale, please submit an application. This allows us to understand your specific needs and offer a suitable rate. Coaching Calls: If you’re approved, we’ll provide tailored telephone coaching sessions to support you in navigating challenges and achieving your goals. Empathy and Support: We’re here to help you continue thriving. Whether you're transitioning, facing obstacles, or re-aligning your goals, we’ll be with you every step of the way. Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Notice for Cancellations or Rescheduling: We kindly request that clients provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who may be waiting for availability. Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session fee. We understand that unexpected situations arise. If there is a medical or family emergency, we may waive the cancellation fee with proper documentation. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full session fee. We may offer a one-time waiver for a no-show at our discretion, depending on the circumstances. First-Time Clients: We offer a grace period for first-time clients to familiarize themselves with our cancellation policy. Please note that this exception is for your first appointment only.
