This private corporate consultation is designed for organizations, leadership teams, and founders seeking psychological insight into decision-making, human dynamics, leadership stress, or organizational complexity. Engagements may address leadership psychology, interpersonal dynamics, communication breakdowns, or high-stakes transitions. This is not HR consulting, coaching, or training-by-formula. The work is advisory, discreet, and context-specific. Dr. Julie K draws on doctoral-level psychology, extensive advisory experience, and systems thinking to offer clear, practical psychological orientation without bureaucracy or generic frameworks. Customized follow-ups or extended engagements may be arranged by request.
Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Notice for Cancellations or Rescheduling: We kindly request that clients provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who may be waiting for availability. Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session fee. We understand that unexpected situations arise. If there is a medical or family emergency, we may waive the cancellation fee with proper documentation. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full session fee. We may offer a one-time waiver for a no-show at our discretion, depending on the circumstances. First-Time Clients: We offer a grace period for first-time clients to familiarize themselves with our cancellation policy. Please note that this exception is for your first appointment only.
